Welcome to Bonnie! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bonnie mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Bonnie App (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use or access Bonnie.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Content

Bonnie allows you to upload, edit, and create videos and other media (“Content”).

By using the Service, you confirm:

  • You own the rights to the Content you upload or have permission to use it.

  • You remain the owner of your Content.

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are responsible for your Content and may not upload anything that is:

  • Illegal

  • Harassing, abusive, or discriminatory

  • Harmful or unsafe

  • Infringing on someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy rights

We reserve the right to remove Content that violates these Terms.

3. Bonnie App Content & License

The Service includes features, designs, fonts, stickers, overlays, templates, and other digital assets (“Bonnie App”).

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use of Bonnie App within your edited videos.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sell Bonnie App as standalone assets

  • Use Bonnie Content to build a competing service

  • Reverse-engineer or copy the app’s source code

  • Use Bonnie Content for commercial purposes without written consent

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break any local, national, or international law

  • Upload content containing viruses, malicious code, or automated bots

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts

  • Interfere with the functioning of the Service

5. Paid Features & Subscriptions

Some features may require payment or a subscription.

By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.

  • Payments are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play)

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

  • Refunds are managed according to the store platform’s policies

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard data.

7. App Updates & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the Service

  • We decide to discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your license to use The Bonnie App ends immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will be error-free

  • That content will always be available

  • That editing tools will always function uninterrupted

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonnie App is not liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Service

  • Loss of content or data

  • Unauthorized access to your account

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, unless required otherwise by local law.
